This residential project is a 4-story building for family houses located next to the shopping center of Voula, a low density neighborhood. The concept of the design is the comfortable of the accommodation and the privacy of the residents, in a very tight plot. The building is designed as a cube on which are attached horizontal elements of compact concrete to connect the outdoor space with everyday family life. The open space apartments expand to the exterior area thru the frameless sliding windows.
