This residential building come out of the city view and the design highlights the skyline thru the main façade. It is a five-story building which located in the market of Glyfada near the waterfront. It raised on pilotis and consists of three apartments and three two-story residences which supported by an underground car park.  The challenge was to ensure the privacy and not to block the sea view. The boundaries between the balconies which outline the domains, prevent of the resident’s contact and focus on the coastline. It is designed to merge the city life with the maritime atmosphere.
